Reports this Afternoon are that Josh Gaddis has left the OC Position at Michigan to take another OC Position. Apparently He sent a somewhat cryptic message to Michigan Players about no longer being wanted there. Apparently all is not well in the land of Maize and Blue.

More people rumored to be leaving. Sounds like Michigan is going to come crashing down from their high and get back to Harbaugh's normal 10 win season is really good.

Have to think Harbaugh interviewing twice with Vikings (& maybe simply not getting the job vs withdrawing?) doesn’t have a great effect on morale. Maybe this OC thought he was in line for HC and if Hart (per rumors) was set to jump from RB coach to HC after this OC crushed it last year, that’s why he sent (a perhaps unprofessional?) email to players saying “he wasn’t appreciated around here’
Will say this, the new UMiami HC snagged Michigan OC and MD DC, so that helps Hoosiers a bit next year by causing turnover there too.
Think Tom Allen will have firm grip on Defense with a lot of returning and new talent. It’s once again per last season, pressure on the offense to perform and yes, many eyes will be on the OL coach and the OL play.

We all know Harbaugh knows FB but his personality/character allows him to be a jerk or a joke at any given time.
