JHS

Agree.

Having a chronic back problem at the ages of 17,18,19 is all you need to know about why anyone would take the guaranteed move to the NBA. Unquestionably the right call on his part.

I do wonder what role JHS's ultra vegan lifestyle, starting in his teens, plays on his back injury and overall health.

I also wonder if that vegan lifestyle stunted his ability to unlock more athleticism.

Pretty impressive to me that JHS was a mid first pick given what teams knew about both these off the court parts of his substance.
He didn’t miss enough to worry but he did after he got drafted. He had surgery too. Means they played it off.

I guess i'm ignorant 7 million is alot more money plus the key here is he gets a year to develop in college something that has not happened in two years in the NBA.
Ware had no choice but to come back to college.

You have no idea where JHS gets drafted after hus sophomore season. With another year's worth of mediocre outside shooting on film, his stock was more likely to fall than rise.

He sold his stock while it was high. He made the right choice.

You must eat protein, quite a bit, to gain strength and muscle mass. You can do it on a vegan diet but it’s easier as a carnivore.

And now is out of the NBA in two years good choice.

I like JHS and appreciate what he did at IU, but he doesn't have two necessary ingredients for an NBA guard: shooting ability and quickness.
Agree 100 percent. The times I watched him he really struggled defending quicker guards. By NBA standards he is a below average athlete and a terrible shooter.

He can do well overseas and see some incredible places.
