Jan 20 2025 price of gas

Yep but I dont think most partisan voters even care about gas prices either way. Gas was over 4 a gallon when obama was in office and he won again. If it was 4 here it was probably 6 or 7 a gallon in California and it did not matter.

You're delusional if you think people don't care about gas prices.

The cheap stuff around here went up to $3.39.

We praising Trump today. I'm all gas, no brakes.
President just claimed gas was $1.98 in three states. Praise President Trump! Of course it’s not below two bucks in ANY state. Not shocked the President was wrong. The two states with the lowest prices are Texas and Mississippi at $2.66 or $2.68 depending on price tracking service.

You aren't suggesting trump lies, are you?

Gas prices have risen over the month of April amid increased demand and better weather across much of the country.

Data from AAA showed average per-gallon cost of regular gas stood at $3.18 as of Wednesday, up from $3.16 a month ago, per Yahoo Finance

Following up. I just happened to notice that lowest grade gas was $3.19 this morning in Indy so I had to check back on this thread to see what it was earlier this year.

Any day now....
Still $3.19 for the cheap stuff in Indy this morning.

I’m starting to question whether gas is really $1.89 in several states.

Any day…..

Is that "cheapest it's been since 2021" or "cheapest it's been on Memorial Day since 2021".
I could buy the latter, but not the former. Current national price today is $3.18 and more often than not, the price jumps up about 10 cents before a holiday weekend. National average was $3.07 last January. Doubt it will drop below that by Friday.

Not sure honestly but its below three a gallon where i live which seems lower than a few years ago. Either way still too high imo.

I will say it: I was wrong.
Gas prices dropped 20 cents in my area on Saturday moving them to about as low as I've seen them in several years.

You might not tho. I know two gas stations less than two miles apart and the price difference is 20 cents

I do, my 6.2 High Country calls for premium.
Damn my 6.2L Denali Truck uses good ole regular.

I get on I69 in Bloomington, set it on 80 and let the Self Drive take me to Evansville. I am perfecting faking out the camera pointed at my eyes trying to shut down the self drive.
