I remember when the bowl teams were picked and many IU fans said we can't go west ,, IU can't compete with UCLA. After watching Neb run all over that west coast speed I am convinced that playing UCLA would not have been much different than Duke. The Hoosiers would have pounded it down UCLA's undersized throats and it would have been another shoot out I am convinced the IU offense could play with anybody and it would have been a 1 score game either way
