ITH reporting Jordan Geronimo commit on twitter

Who is it that you guys hate so much? I am trying to figure it out by comments, but I can't come up with the answer. One thing is for sure...…...he must be a piece of s;it.
I luckily don't see the incredibly stupid or troll comments. If everyone would just ignore all these people, their posts would not be responded to and they would wither and die. I started to make a list of people I have ignored that makes this site bearable but stopped because I thought it would just rattle the cages of those idiots or give them the attention they crave that they are not getting in their miserable lives.

I didn't think it was necessary to create a list of people to ignore, but I am thinking it might be worth it. Feel free to ask if you aren't sure how to use the ignore feature.

This is a great pick up. I am guessing this will be all we get for 2020. Archie has set up the roster perfectly with opening roles for Lander, Kaufman, and Furst in 2021 with the departures of Durham, Smith, Brunk, and likely TJD. The guy is doing a great job prioritizing and landing in state talent. I hope he can coach because he’s doing everything else right.

TJD is three year guy ..Unless he cositantally has a 15 -17 foot jumper..
And really in the NBA...Everyone has to be able to make a three now and then..

I don't know a great deal about him other than he plays a position we will need in the future.

Did he take a visit during the Oladipo Fantasy camp? If so, he could have met a long list of past players with Oladipo and short visits from other players including Calbert. Great event for recruits to witness.

A top 100 recruit that commits this early would indicate a kid that really wants to come to IU. I get frustrated with recruits that wait to the last minute. A good player that loves a school enough to commit with confidence and not look at only what the program can do for them is a good sign they will work hard and care about the success of the program.

I look forward to following him this season and learning more about him!

What I like about this is Indiana has 3 recruits thus far with the potential of staying through their senior season. Leadership has been something that IU has lacked for several years. Plus cohesiveness of a team.Mixed with a few elite players this bodes well for Indiana.Congrats Mr. Geronimo. Come on down Dawson Garcia!!!!.

I still think we get Cross....maybe 55% chance v. the field.....until I see otherwise.........

Or pay dad big bucks to form an AAU team? What did the minister get? That wasn't the point but since you pushed it. Talk about sloppy!

The true sloppychoppy has come out, posting his anti-IU $hiit on the IU board again. Silly and Sloppy choppy.

You are close. For feepaw, the anti-IU loser with over 7800 posts on the board of a team he hates, the stars do not matter because they are for IU recruits.

We all know feepaw is an old retired bitter purdue or uk fan. He has all day and night to post anti-IU tripe. In a word he is pitiful. But he has his pal wall2, a.k.a. Pander Bear to make him feel better.

I'd recommend to both, don't go away mad - just go away. But they have no life beyond the internet.

Lots of great buzz about this kid. Pretty much rose from unranked to a mid four star on every service with people saying when he was on, he was one of the best players at the major events (which is why people are doing the OG comps).

Anyway, add another solid four star to the roster. In today's environment those are the guys that stay three to four years and become the top players in the game as they grow old with the program.

He's top 100 and from out of state so I'm curious which dumb angle will be pushed next on the absolute 'blazing dumpster fire' the program is obviously engulfed in currently per the negs.

It'll probably something like, "They haven't signed NLI. They'll probably change their minds before November. Even though they've committed to IU and Miller, they don't actually want to play for him."

No sloppy is coming where your opinion nor input is valued or even wanted.
And speaking of sloppy, take it back to the pig pen.

I am pro-Geronimo, but I do want to remind you that De'Ron Davis, Justin Smith, and Jerome Hunter were also top 100 from out of state.

Durham, who was probably IU's most consistent guard last year was not anywhere near top 100.

Sounds like another OG type. He has a huge wingspan for his height and could be one of those sleepers who was somewhat under the radar.

He lacks OG's height, is versatile like OG was, but with better offensive skills. He is now ranked higher than OG was.

fwiw, someone on hsn said Buster was the lead recruiter on this kid....don't know if its so.

We haven't seen Jerome yet. I believe he will be great. But I'm an optimist. It's all all about the pieces fitting the puzzle. I think Archie knows more than I.

A legit point always gets you to call me names. I responded to the Biggie comment. I've been complimentary to Iu on a lot of things. But yet no name calling then. Yes, sloppy.

I use it on the worthless morons. Makes things sooooo much better. There are a few who are borderline. If they cross too much, they go on the list. I can tolerate a bit of stupidity, and makes it interesting. But some are so over the top haters and/or dip shits, it’s not worth even reading their idiotic posts.

I was referring to the complaints that we haven't signed a top 100 player in 9 months (even though Brunk was a top 100 but I guess he doesn't count) along with the complaints that we can't sign anyone outside of the state...which is a strange troll take since the complaint before was we didn't sign enough local kids.

Geronimo kills two trolls with one stone.

To your point, I don't know who is going to work out and who will bust but recruiting four stars up and down the roster will end up giving us more talent than most programs and be competitive with anyone.

As far as Durham, I love him as a human and as a representative of the program but he's a glue, bench player that has a PER around 9 (which is a bench, role player). He (so far) does lot of things....okay but nothing really great. He's an okay defender, an okay shooter (I don't think he's hit any halfway big, clutch shots yet...but he sure has missed a bunch when we've needed it), an okay ball handler, an okay passer (he doesn't do much but pass it to the side. He does reverse the ball really well) but he can't squeeze it in right spots.

People love him tho.

I love him on our team, but as a spirit guy.

You're 100% on point about Al. If he was on another BT roster, he's not a guy any of us would talk about.

Both you and Tommy Cracker are spot on. I saw AD play in high school when his team played at Jeffersonville HS and thought he was a mid major or at best a 5-10 minute guy at IU. I do appreciate his effort which always seems at a high level.
