It’s indictment time again….

RFK Jr is as much a grifting whack job as Trump is and is being backed by right wing donors. He's a roided out ex heroin addict nut job grifting off, radicalizing and manipulating the stupid...Change your thinking on the matter ..
In other words, the perfect MAGA candidate if Trump doesn't make it.

I don’t think DeSantis is the guy. We have other candidates on the bench who are better. Trying to be Trump-light isn’t the winning strategy.
he might not feel as compelled to be trump lite with trump out of the picture. and i don't know who on the republican side will raise the money and get the recognition

trump's toast. horrible venue for him
Aw, that's a shame, a damn shame,

Trump does it to himself and then blames everyone else.

EDIT TO ADD: I saw no reference in the indictment to Trump's statements in about August 2020 that he was going to win the election and election fraud would be the only reason he wouldn't be declared the winner. Seems that might have been relevant to show his advance planning.

Also, I recall that 5-6 (even more?) Jan. 6 defendants testified that the reason they rioted was because Trump basically told them to. Seems like testimony like that might be relevant.

How long before Trump flees the country? Does he get his passport pulled on Thursday?

I like Scott. I'd take Haley. There are several Governors on the bench that would be good if they got in. We will need to decide on one or two candidates other than Trump fairly early after the primaries start, or we'll get Trump because of his 30 percent unshakable voters and we'll lose in a landslide in the general.

And I will add after much abuse and all this time @Bowlmania was right. He was getting hammered in crim courts. I didn’t think it would happen

I just read the indictment. It is truly a "speaking indictment," with detailed facts and allegations. The facts make it clear that Trump knew and acknowledged he lost, including during a conversation with Gen. Milley in early January 2021, but this didn't stop him from continuing his blizzard of lies regarding non-existent fraud. The lies also included public comments that Pence agreed with him (Trump) that Pence's role was more than ceremonial and that Pence could "take action" to change the election outcome (Pence never believed that), and that the Justice Department had found instances of outcome-determinative voting "infractions," which Barr has already acknowledged was utterly false.

My favorite entry, though, is in paragraph 25:

"With respect to the persistent false claim regarding State Farm Arena [in Georgia], on December 8 the Senior Campaign Advisor wrote in an email, 'When our research and campaign legal team can't back up any of the claims made by our Elite Strike Force Legal Team, you can see why we're 0-32 on our cases. I'll obviously hustle to help on all fronts, but it's tough to own any of this when it's all just conspiracy shit beamed down from the mothership.'"

I've never thought that Trump was actually stupid enough to believe he won, but it's clear he thought the Trump base was stupid enough to believe he won if he told them he won. He was right on that.

Now is a good time to remind all the real liberty-loving freedom-loving truth-loving law-and-order-loving AMERICA-LOVING patriots to give, give and give to Trump!

Empty the savings, mortgage the house, cash in those bonds. It’s time to save America!
I saw someone suggested that instead of stealing $5 and $10 dollars from his willing (but gullible) supporters who think they are contributing to his camapign, maybe he could just sell Trump Tower or the plane?

Saw a poll where in terms of popularity RFK Jr was upside down with Dems but viewed positively by Pubs...

Maybe he should run in the GOP Primary and challenge Trump...

I have a feeling those assets are already leveraged. This is not going to be a pretty ending for The Donald.

Careful how you phrase things. RFK Jr qualifies under that definition.
