To be clear, when Israel pulled out of Lebanon the last time, their allies had to flee with them into Israel, because both Christian and Muslim factions in Lebanon considered them traitors. I wouldn't be surprised if non-Hezbollah leaders in Lebanon secretly hope Hezbollah gets destroyed, but let's not go overboard. Nobody in Lebanon thinks Israel is a savior coming in to save them from the extremists.

I mentioned something like this a few days ago, but there are a lot of leaders in Lebanon, both Christian and Sunni, who would love to see Hezbollah disappear. However, they absolutely do not want to see whatever "void" is left behind filled by Israel.
