For as long as I have been an IU football fan, it always seems like these units were a weakness and we would have to get by on smoke and mirrors and high scoring O.
While there are questions marks at WR (I like the potential of this unit) and secondary (biggest question mark IMO) I think the reason to be optimistic is our talent, depth and experience in the trenches. If IU ever wants to be a good program this is where you win and win consistently.
Furthermore think how good our front 7 could be next year. Scales and Gooch are NFL players
