Is Woody the next Holtmann?

That pretty much sums up our experience with one and dones.
It feels like if you are only "dabbling" in the OAD game, you are actually screwing yourself. There really is no net positive to bringing in guys like JHS or even MM if the goal is building a culture and a program. If the goal is simply to get guys to the league as soon as possible (without regard to team success), then yeah, continue to dabble. But honestly, any lousy coach at any lousy university can do that. Duke/Kentucky understood from the jump you need multiple OAD every year to have any chance.

If you dabble in that world you better bring in 3 of them. IU hasn’t done crap with any of the OAD.
