I’d rather have their coach. That guy seems to have the formula for kids playing hard on both ends of the floor. Offense had purpose and great spacing. Saw more good passes out of the post in that game by both ISU and KU than IU fans have seen in total since TJD left.

Just signed a big extension. I'm sure we could "afford" the buyout. But he sure appears to be locked in to staying in Ames. And he has the #2 ranked team in the country, the fan base there is rabid over him and their program, its in one of the top conferences. I'm usually more bullish on IU's job versus non traditionally elite programs, like ISU...but in this case, I'm not sure IU gives him much of anything "over" what ISU does. NIL money, sure...but again, its not holding him back thus far at ISU.

What have they done in the NCAA's? And they use the Portal like crazy.

I do have to admit, the "Purdue way" is a lot more attractive, right now, than the "Woodson way".

The problem though, being an IU fan, is I'm just old enough to know what it feels like to win a natty. And you can't win a natty any more without NIL and Portal commitment.
