Interesting SOS Ranking

I have no idea who these people are, but I am tired of everyone saying our schedule has been weak........and it has. However, it is nice to have something to fire back to someone just to argue.

SOR tells a much different story that the simple SOS but CFN puts things in perspective.

No matter what happens, coming into the season I sure didn't mind a schedule that looked vastly better for us than playing Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State, every year while Purdue, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, Northwestern, Illinois were the 'powers' in that ridiculous soft division.

So now we play a very tough game against the professional team Ohio State. Like most previous years. No biggie. We're on our way to joining the pros too.

That College Football Network SOS ranking is for only the reminder of the season. So Ohio State + Purdue averages out to 19th toughest remaining games. And I notice that don't rate SEC teams highly much at all, strange. Looks like that's because some of the SEC is done beating on each other, or at least not next week, many have weak cupcakes. That sounds good for us for making the CFP if the SEC schedule strength averages slip a little now.

They predicted 63 for us preseason, which is about what it is rated at so far in other rankings.

I honestly don’t give a shit what anyone says about our SOS. It’s mostly a function of sour grapes.

As I’ve said before, we play in one of the two strongest conferences in the country. We’ve beaten everyone we’ve played and, with the exception of Michigan, every game has been a double-digit victory. We’ve been destroying the opposition.

Finally, there are just three undefeated teams remaining. We’re one of ‘em. Eff the envious SOS naysayers.
