I just think Lagow played a bad game. You certainly can't win ballgames throwing 5 picks.
Lots of things broke WF way is how I see it. I think the lack of running game in the first half was critical too. Feeney needs to be back in the lineup, our running game is MUCH better with the AA in there blocking. I think Feeney's absence cost IU this game just as much as the 5 picks.
To lose 33-28 after 5 picks is a head scratcher too. This team didn't quit, they played hard until the end. I'm not happy but not end of the world either.
Paige upset me with a horrible punt return play. He's a senior, a leader, he has to catch that punt on the hop and go. Terrible play on his part. The defense is improving but essentially tossed the game with Sykes' face mask penalty that changed the momentum.
