I'll admit it, after the first quarter I was ready to pull the plug on the whole staff and start over on November 29. Much credit to that staff for building a team and culture (yes, culture) that didn't collectively crap their pants after the first quarter. They stuck to the process and put together a win in which it looked like the opponent had lost their will to play sometime in the 2nd half.
Yes, we got a Maryland team that was on its heels and lost what firepower they had during the game. But we walked away with a conference road win with our biggest margin of victory so far this year.
