What in the hell is this ad suggesting it'll protect your dog from in the second clip? I mean, I know what I think it's suggesting, but I need validation that I'm not the only one who saw what I think I saw.

Damn - it's for an instagram account called 'furry king dog winter coat.'
Supposedly it's a warm, waterproof jacket for your dog, but one of the examples they use to prove water bounces off of it looks like someone is taking a leak on their dog.
