How is that a moving screen?

Rob still had the f****** ball! The defender tried to run through him! It shouldn't be a moving screen to hand the ball off and have the defender intentionally run into you and fall down, anyway, but absolute BULLS*** if he still had the ball as the it wasn't a charge and can't possibly be a screen!
