Coming off a 2024 season that included our first-ever College Football Playoff berth, excitement surrounding the program is at unprecedented levels. We look forward to welcoming you to Memorial Stadium this fall to cheer on Coach Curt Cignetti’s Hoosiers!
As you know, we are in the midst of our 2025 Season Ticket campaign, which closes March 31. In May, we will invite you and all our season ticket purchasers to participate in the Seat Selection process for the 2025 season. We will communicate with you as that time nears regarding how and when you will be able to select your seat(s). For the first time in three years, we are doing a full stadium re-seat, and we will use the IU Athletics Priority Point Systems to fulfill seat location opportunities and requests.
Before the time comes for you to consider and ultimately select your seat locations, we want to share details of a new program we have unveiled for the 2025 IU Football season.
Personal Seat Donation Program –
For 2025, we are following the lead of 14 other Big Ten institutions and instituting a
Personal Seat Donation program for IU Football season tickets. This change is not only part of our efforts to drive revenue in the rapidly-changing world of intercollegiate athletics, but also is consistent with what a large majority of Big Ten (and other Power-4 conference) institutions utilize for their football tickets.
Depending on your desired seat location, the required personal seat donation will range from $0-$250/ticket. During the May season ticket seat selection process, if you wish to secure tickets in an area of the stadium that requires a personal seat donation, you will submit that donation before completing your seat selection(s). You will be able to select to either pay for your donation in full, or to take advantage of our payment plan. All types of season tickets (youth, student, young alumni, etc.) are included as part of the new program.

here. By way of example, if you wish to purchase a Tier 3 season ticket, your total cost would be:
Tier 3 Season Ticket ($406) + Tier 3 Personal Seat Donation ($150) = $556
The revenue generated from Personal Seat Donations will support the Student-Athlete Scholarship fund. While these donations will not count toward your annual giving level for the IU Varsity Club, you will receive priority points for this donation if you are a current Varsity Club member. If you do not wish to participate in the program to secure premium seat locations, a portion of the stadium does not require a donation.
