Hosts NW (BTN 8:00)

Going to ask a dumb question, but never been to Armstrong Stadium. Are those bleachers covered (Indiana logos) we are seeing at the current camera angle? If so, why are they covered and is there seating on the side we can't see?

Satellite images say there are stands on both sidelines. One side was rebuilt for improved locker room and training facilities. The stadium is also a 400 m Olympic event track in the spring.

Not sure what you saw when, but there is a grandstand and press box on the south side and more seating on the north side. Or maybe I have that backwards.

They run the little 5 there too.

I'm not sure if those are covered bleachers or just a bare spot they needed to cover to look nicer on TV. There is some seating in the new facility (north side of field) and students sit -or stand-field level. Most of the seating is still on the south side of the field.

Those bleachers are covered but I believe are utilized for Little 500.

Whoever said they run track here in the spring...no, they do not. The track facility is adjacent to Armstrong.

By virtue of last night's results, IU is once again (at minimum) Big Ten Champs. A Maryland win vs OSU or a tie makes us outright champs. Wild.
