I left a game early for the first time in memory tonight. I live about 40 minutes down I80 from Iowa City and always look forward to Indiana visiting Iowa. The effort was horrific tonight. I worked harder walking into the game tonight from the football lot in 15° weather. Unfortunately, due to unbalanced schedules, probably won’t get to see IU play here again for a couple years. Woof.

I learned my lesson last year when I went and watched IU play Auburn in Atlanta. I won’t go to another IU game while Woodson is here. It’s a guaranteed choke job. If you go, bring a bag.

I don’t know about All American…but any coach/program that effectively taught good, core, fundamental parts of the game of basketball. And then compelled and/or demanded Mack to play with and use those learned skills…would have him as a much better and more consistent college player.

None of us have any idea what Woodsons working on with the guys on a daily basis. All we see are the results. And while Mack has improved in some areas. It’s inconsistent, and those improvements don’t show themselves every game.

Not sure about that but he would be better. Duke wanted him. But if woodsons back i clearly don't see him staying.

Mbako is slow, streaky, doesn't follow his shot (who does these days), looks genuinely lost on defense and definitely far from the NBA if not the G League. Nice kid I'm sure but way oversold.

No sorry he is lazy, plays upright, gets lost on defense and has very little heart. He lacks a real motor
