But the difference is that Reynolds was an elite defender with an ugly outside shot. I have no earthly idea why his shot was never fixed. It still looked relatively ugly when he left IU. Trey's shot doesn't look bad. I have no idea why it doesn't go in more often.

But the other difference is that on that IU team, Reynolds didn't NEED to score. They have P. Graham, G. Graham, Bailey and Leary who could score. It was OK to have a defensive specialist. This IU team needs Trey to score.
I agree, we have enough roll players that hustle and play D. The whole team hustles or they wouldn't be playing D1 basketball. IU needs alot of help on the offensive end and a couple guys that can hit an outside shot.
