Future Hoosier

My wife and I will be having our future Hoosier today. Third kid overall, but first boy. He will be a part of the 2037 freshman class. Cheers!
Feed him well.
Put a basketball goal in his crib so it is the first thing he sees when he wakes up.
Buy him candy stripes and DVDs of all IU National Championship games.

Congratulations. Get him a soccer ball, baseball, football, and basketball. Team him to throw with both hands, shoot with both hands, and kick with both feet. Teach him to hit from both sides. Teach him how to change the oil, change a tire, and cook. But most importantly teach him to read, think for himself, respect himself and others and learn. And finally teach him to ride a motorcycle, drive a stick, fish, surf and play golf and tennis. He’ll sleep well and so will you. Huge grin!
Go Hoosiers!

Throwing with either hand is a problem. Our son would pick a ball up with either hand and throw equally well. He would eat left handed one day and right handed the next. It was hard to decide what type of glove to buy him for tee ball. I think we chose correctly. If we guessed wrong, he could have been a great left handed pitcher or fist baseman at 6'-5".
