Gm, it’s game day. You must be pretty excited?
IU is down to 33 in KenPom, which is still over a dozen spots higher than last years finish.
Speaking of finishes, ya think UW misses Davis? Consider how much it helps in closing games to have a player that can score or get a stop. They’ve tumbled down 150 or so spots in the luck factor. Their last loss was a close one to State. Wahl may not be Davis, but he would have helped.
A two way wing (someone that can shut down an opposing wing, and create and finish on the offensive end) is such a critical spot. Remind me…who is that player for us?
Minnesota was BY FAR the lowest rated team in KenPom, by over 100 points. Yet, they beat a team that was 12th in KenPom at the time, on the road. What does this say about the BIG10, parity, or even the accuracy of KP?
Did you know: Wisconsin is 57th in KenPom, or 12th in the league. Oh, and they are the only team outside of PU that’s ranked. Meaning? Rankings/ratings amount to little more than a hill of beans this year?
Who wants it more today?
