Your meme reminds me of Roy Gene. Roy Gene is a mentally disabled guy I've known for 50 years (you may know him yourself if you hung out on the levee back in the 70s/80s). I pick him up at the nursing home and we go for coffee and donuts most Sundays. One time I was giving him shit about how he's got it made with all the pretty nurses he's got waiting on him hand and foot. He just grinned and tapped the side of his head -- twice.
