I think I would take Bryce over Scott at this point. Scott has raised Baylor to a relatively high level for a "football/sport-irrelevant" school, but he has not blown it out. And, he did not even play high school ball…
Bryce, on the other hand, obviously played ball at a high level. I didn't realize he had the great success he had at Valpo. In the conference, he finished 1, 1, 4, 1, 1. And, had a pretty good end to his first SEC year which was in transition. Sharp guy w/ solid character. I would think he would do great w/ IN high school coaches.
Is Bryce a realistic option? Would he dare bolt from Vandy (good but not great job) after just one year?
