Here, I started out polite, and went full tilt asshole after being called racist constantly by Hillary Clinton voters as part of their horrible political strategy to deem all non-Clinton voters to be deplorable racists or racist-enablers. Now they like to act like that didn’t happen. And not one of the bastages has ever apologized. “By any means necessary” I guess.

For years I was oh-so-smart, then oh-so-pleasant. I prefer pleasant. You may quote me.

Wish I could get back.

Unmoderated Usenet was the wild west, I visited the history sites but they were too crazy. It has been 40 years and I can still recall the unmoderated civil war group having Mark Pitcavage and the grandson (maybe great grandson) of Matthew Fontaine Maury (Confederate Navy officer) going at it like the war was still going on. But for learning anything one needed the moderated groups.

Yep. I read some Civil War Usenet stuff Back in the day, just looking for info on battlefield visits. Never tested the waters. Never went back.

I used FB on an as need basis. For tracking school events and boy scout groups. Use it for the marketplace to sell stuff locally. Facebook is just a lot of folks who want to tell you what they did everyday. Not really interested in that aspect of it.

The Water Cooler just seems a place to complain about Trump from what I have noticed. Maybe it wasn't like that prior to Trump.

It's a place to complain about sedious conspiracy. Prior to that, there wasn't much going on, I gather. I'm pretty new here, though. Were people enraged by such major atrocities as Obama wearing a tan suit?
