Did TJD get benched or is he hurt

They picked up a similar player that can also make outside shots (Q. Post?). His time with GS may be short lived.
He’s been hurt, he hasn’t fell out of favor! Trace and Seth are tight. That’s why he wasn’t mentioned in the trade for Butler.

Could be, but noticed he wasn't playing much prior to any injuries. He definitely adds value and hope he stays put in GS.

Post's emergence is a pretty big deal for TJD (not in a great way). He isn't nearly the defender, or rebounder that TJD is...but offensively he's quite a lot more valuable and versatile.

Losing Klay, CP3, and the Kuminga injury really hurt TJDs offensive value and lessened his offensive role.

I hope he's working on his free throws, wasn't he around 70% his first 2-3 years at IU?

The Butler acquisition imo is worse in the short term for TJD than the decision of GS to see what they have in Post.

Post Malone?

As an aside, Ware has moved to the third spot past Edey at four in the CBS rookie of the year rankings.

9 pts and 10.5 boards a game in February.

Ware was hot from three in Jan, shooting 45% on 50ish attempts.

In Feb, cooled off outside, shooting 3/20.

There's a real possibility he could overtake the couple of frontrunners ahead of him and bring home the ROY award.
