Democrats in PA counting illegal ballots in direct violation of law.

So why don’t y’all shut the hell up about political norms and integrity?
She wouldn't be counting them if the percentages favored Republicans, she'd say she was following the judges order and not count them. That's the biggest issue, which surely is why the court said previous standards apply. What she is doing makes her a felon. See if she's charged.

Her giving the finger to the court, pretty much puts to rest that Pennsylvania is ever on the level. Especially not in 2020 with less oversight. Although Trump still lost PA I'm sure in 2020, just was a lot of ballot harvesting that year.

PA has always been a rats nest electorally. Same with Milwaukee.

Democrats will lie, cheat, steal, kill their mother to get victory there.

They even have the WaPo Editorial Board saying

What a child. Lock her up and throw away the key:

"I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country," Bucks County Commissioner Diane Ellis-Marseglia, a Democrat, said Thursday as she and other Democrats voted to reject a GOP-led challenge to ballots that should be disqualified.

"People violate laws anytime they want. So, for me, if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention. There’s nothing more important than counting votes."

Apparently the squabble is about whether to count mailed ballots without the voter having dated the envelope as required by a Court Order.

Democrat county election officials are arguing it is important to count the ballot as the date on the envelope is meaningless.

Can see how a voter might carelessly not follow the instructions concerning putting a date on the envelope, but a Court Order requirement is a rule which the election officials should fellow even it seems irrelevant.

You shouldn't change the rules 'after the fact'.

That leans toward corruption. Think Democrat officials would be flagrantly violating the apparently settled point and defying judges, if these ballots didn't favor them - or whether or not they favored them but if they were leading? Not a chance in hell. It's just corruption.

The Dems are saying the intentions of the voter in respect to whom the votes are being cast should matter more than a formality about putting a date on the envelope of a ballot which conforms to the rules of a legitimate ballot.

Those not agreeing are saying a voter using a mail in ballot must abide by the stipulations established by a court of law assigned to established what constitutes a legitimate mail in ballot.

Obviously that's what they're saying.

After the fact.

Prior to the election, that issue had already been decided, according to the court. Not a lawyer, but that's the way I read what they say the decision was.

Dems say, 'they made their ruling, now let them enforce it' . They would be saying the exact opposite if they didn't need the voted. And you, and I, know it.
