No, it's not in the least. It's a right wing op-ed writer having a wet dream. And then 3 or 4 other right wing sites wrote their own articles about Goodwin's wet dream (including the one you linked). Do better.

She's not considering running again. One person does a story and everyone else picks up on it.
As I said, Quix0te has hots for her. He is really hoping for her to run. If she doesn't, which I think will be the case, our Quix0te will be very disappointed.
