This quote makes me think the opposite….ie KL was not asked to leave:
Khristian, that one hurts because I feel like he still could have been successful here,” Rosemond said. “I just don’t think he was patient enough. Which I understand, it’s hard to sit on the bench and not get minutes. That’s just hard.

That being said I’m glad he transferred and wish him the best at WKU. There is no way, barring several injuries, that he would have found time on the court this year with JHS and X on the roster. I think Bates and Leal would have also received PG minutes before KL.

will be interesting to see how he does a wku , the hit rate on 5-star recruit's is pretty damn good you don't see many buried on the bench like KL was, I wish him the best
