I don't know about all that. Distance did not help, 6 feet wasn't close to enough. But masks, several studies suggest they help. Here is one:

The dems locking down all the young people when it was not needed actually ended up blowing up in their faces when it came to the 2024 election. They did not forget what was done to them.
Yeah, I definitely remember my kids school making both my kids miss school because one had a fever, which I understand. What I still don't understand is why the kid who was cleared of covid with a doc note got to go back to school just because she had a doc note and the kid that showed absolutely no sign of being sick was home 4 days longer because she didn't have a note saying she was good.
That's not a dem that made that decision.
