No. Stealing an election would not be enough. Stealing enough elections as to turn the Congress and eventually the courts into rubber stamps would be required to give rise to an actual dictatorship.
The key will be the enablers and the economic, social, cultural conditions in building the cadre of enablers. And it goes beyond the courts -- ala the election officials in Georgia. Or the military as the case in a few neighbouring countries here.

I agree with most of what you post and I certainly wouldn't bet 10k. But if Trump returns to power and the Taylor Greene's and Jim Jordans take over combined with Trump loyalists taking over at the state level, things could get weird.
