I expect anywhere from 9-11m. If his contract is less than Mark Stoops that would be disappointing, I think it would send a message loud and clear about our commitment to make him the highest paid in the B1G. At least until next year. I’m looking around 10.5m. Who in the B1G would anyone rather have right now? Show him AND his staff the money!

I think this has been going on since the homecoming game. Rumor of big bags dropping are probably true. IU was 13th in revenue before even thinking about football.
Get it done ASAP. This team's focus needs to be laser sharp on the task at hand; they certainly don't need distracted with 100m contract talks!!
Closer to 25th looking at 2023. 2022 had an outlier one-time contribution from the IU Foundation to make up Covid losses, and that's the year we were 13th.

After beating UM, Cig is now tied for 16th on the all-time wins list.

The list I saw was last years numbers not 2022. We did great budget wise last year.
That list has the wrong number in there for IU. 2022 we had $166M revenue ($38M IUF gift in there) and 2023 was $144M (puts us around 25th). 2023 was good though.
Looking forward to seeing the impact FB has on 2024.
