Brady suspended for 4 games HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Only thing Brady and Jared have in common is that they both like small balls.

He is a huge Colts fan.......hahaha

But there must be proof of Jared doing it for a plea. Same can't be said about Brady

Either way.......they both admit they like their balls small

"Busted you too huh?"

Do people realize that any Colts fan can create a Urban Dictionary description? Even your number 1 fan Jared Fogle could have created a post on urban.

I love this post because no matter how much you cry, complain, make excuses, whine and make up fake facts............The Patriots will still have a banner hanging for another Superbowl and Brady will have the hardware to prove he and Montana are the best QBs to ever play this game.

Once again........this is all hearsay, Colts fans opinions and jealous lover syndrome.

See, but I don't give two craps about how many Super Bowl rings some QB has. I stopped worrying about that when I was, say, 16 years old. I try not to live vicariously through professional athletes. It's just fun to watch you and OS grow more insane by the day.

I am perfectly sane and I don't live through Tom Brady. I am perfectly happy in my own life but I like to defend Tom when morons like you makes up excuses, cry, lie and blame OS and I for your teams inabilities to win like the Patriots. You do realize where the word FAN comes from don't you?

If it makes you feel any better.....I am a Fanatic with the Hoosiers also

What shitter has never explained....what is the motivation for the league to discipline the SB champs and one of the most prominent players in the league?

I will try to explain why the NFL wants to discipline. They spent 5 million on a report that proved nothing. They had league employees leak false information. They are trying to save face and hold the TRUMP card on everything in the NFL. The NFLPA gave Goodell the power.....and if Goodell gives in here.....he loses his power.

Brady is whipping boy for future negotiations with the NFLPA

What shitter has never explained....what is the motivation for the league to discipline the SB champs and one of the most prominent players in the league?

it has been explained over, and over, and over again.

Mike Kensil, director of game day operations, started the sting; http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/01/26/nfl-mike-kensil-deflategate

- son of the former president of the Jets
- jilted by Bill Belichick, who left the Jets high and dry, resigning as head coach to accept a job as head coach of the Patriots
- was New York Jets Director of Operations for Nearly 20 Years
-Mike Kensil was demoted by Parcells & Belichick
-Mike Kensil was fired by Belichick's successor and then-friend, Mangini
-Mike Kensil handled the complaint from grigson, PERSONALLY
-at the AFCCG, he yelled at the Patriots Equipment Manager "You're in ‘Big Fu—-g Trouble" after halftime, with a shit-eating grin
-he PERSONALLY leaked to ESPN’s Mortensen the false ’11-of-12 footballs were deflated by over 2 psi′ story

More Ex-Jets stacked in the NFL Front Office
Roger Goodell, former Jets intern
Rod Graves, senior V.P. of football administration, former jets VP
Dave Gardi, Senior Vice President of Football Operations, former assistant coach with the New York Jets
Eric Grubman, NFL Executive VP, former Jets executive

--
1) the Ravens complain to the Colts about a bad kicking ball in their game, not realizing that a rogue NFL official was stealing kicking balls during playoff games, replacing them with old balls, and selling the ones he stole
2) paranoid Grigson complains about ALL FOOTBALLS
3) Kensil sets up the sting, probably hoping to snare his hated nemesis, Bill Belichick
4) not knowing any science whatsoever, he thinks footballs at 48 degrees should have the same pressure they did at 72 degrees, not 1 psi lower.
5) Kensil leaks false info, so the 1 psi drop was called "11 of 12 dropped by over 2 psi"
6) this helps the NFL's case, as scientists chime in that the temp drop would cause a 1-1.3 psi drop, but not over 2
7) massive outrage ensues, as footballs that should have lost 1 psi and that DID lose 1 psi were claimed to have lost 2 psi.
8) Patriots complain to NFL when they are told the actual measurements, after they sign a non-disclosure agreement
9) the NFL refuses to correct the lie and forbid the Patriots from releasing the facts

From this point on, the NFL was in too deep. They had set up a sting, lied, falsified data, and admitting this was unacceptable. To halt would also anger the 31 owners who were happy about the NFL taking down a team that they cannot beat and that defies the PARITY model.

Before they understood the science, they also sunk 5 million bucks into a sham investigation.

It snowballed to where we are right now.

Hahahaha. They're starting to leak from TB's team that he's now willing to take a reduced suspension. Would you accept a punishment of any kind if you were innocent? I wouldn't, but then again I wouldn't be a dead beat dad either...

Better start working on your spin for this one Outside Cheater & Edumbs. Then again I guess you already have by starting in with the subway pedo posts. This is gonna be fun to watch you descend even farther into madness

when Kiddie Porn Night and when is Oxycontin Night at Lucas Oil Stadium?

Since you're allegedly so big on facts, what about the fact that your predictions of what would happen have been incorrect virtually every step of the way? You stupid.

Really wanted to start a new thread, but just one more reason Tom Brady is a dic.....evidently when Ben Affleck was cheating on Jennifer Garner with the nanny, they went out to Vegas with Brady. Pictures of the Nanny with Brady's Super Bowl rings have surfaced. Wonder if he was with Giselle? Seems doubtful. More good reasons to trash that phone.
Wonder if he has another bastard kid on the way? His favorite charity is helping unwed mothers get their start in life. He should name the little bastard, Shooter.

To the idiot Colt's fans, and Outside Shooter ...You need this .... expand your interests a bit. Paying attention to and worshipping a bunch of barely functional retards can't be good for you. It will eventually, as evidenced by this and other threads, make you a retard too. Fight against the self imposed retardation of being a football fan and do something that may someday make you more interesting.

if Brady a fine of $25k for not letting them look at their phone and move on.

The witch hunt has no merit or facts.

Judge seemed to blast the NFL today

OS-

Simple answer to your question. As a lover of the law, I accept the process, for all its faults, because only by trusting the process can we expect any sort of consistent results. I'll accept Brady is innocent when 1) Judge Berman says he is, or 2) Judge Berman vacates the NFL's decision and sends the case to an independent arbitrator who subsequently says he is.
For many, it'll never be that simple. As an example, OJ Simpson was officially acquitted by the legal system, but many never accepted that he was innocent. Your reasoning seems to say that a pro-Brady outcome would require everyone to "think that Brady could be innocent" (which is what Outside Cheater asked) no matter what evidence was presented and no matter how many questions were swept under the rug by Brady and the publicity-conscious NFL. The outcome alone will not be enough to make Brady appear innocent.

The Patriots' firing of the two equipment guys, plus Brady's previous berating of the equipment guys, plus Brady's destruction of only one of his phones (but not his previous phone which he apparently still has) on the day he was to meet with investigators, plus Kraft's 180-degree change in position, plus Brady's inherent role as the only man in charge of the condition of the footballs all suggest that Brady had something to do with the condition of the footballs and was trying to cover up something. Because of these things, he does not appear innocent. Outside Cheater's defense relies on assertions that remind me of a hypothetical situation involving a hypothetical guy who is seen running from a closed bank in the middle of the night while the bank alarm is going off but then absolutely refuses to explain what he knows and chides the investigators for being unable to prove he robbed the bank. I don't think Brady is even trying to appear innocent -- I think he is just refusing to knuckle under to authority.

Outside Cheater keeps insisting that p.s.i. measurements must be performed under laboratory conditions but Brady never bargained for footballs to be measured under laboratory conditions. Instead, NFL's ball pressure rule states, "The Referee shall be the sole judge as to whether all balls offered for play comply with these specifications." Might be debatable what this means, but the language doesn't say that ball pressures must be determined in a laboratory or that lab results trump the Referee's determination.

Until Brady (1) gives up his phone fragments and all of his other existing phones so they can be analyzed and (2) obtains all his missing texts and emails from the recipients and others, and (3) until the two fired equipment guys give actual testimony that appears plausible and credible, I don't see why skeptics would even begin to wonder if Brady could be innocent.

Okay. I was just giving an answer I could use as justification for telling OS to shut the hell up when the court inevitably rules for the NFL.

The Patriots' firing of the two equipment guys

lie
The NFL demanded that they be suspended immediately and that they could only be reinstated by approval of the NFL office

Brady's previous berating of the equipment guys

diversion
He thought they wrongly prepped the Jets game balls, which were at 16 psi instead of 13, where the ball boys wanted them to be (LEGAL), They had to tell him that it was not them, but the refs, who screwed him over

Brady's destruction of only one of his phones

lie
Brady has a habit of ALWAYS giving his replaced phone to his assistant and has done so for years. Once and only once he replaced his phone on a football road trip when he was unaccompanied by his assistant. He inadvertantly prevented it from being recycled

on the day he was to meet with investigators

diversion
on his first day back in the USA, after the phone broke in France, and after he had been assured that his phone was not needed

Brady's inherent role as the only man in charge of the condition of the footballs

lie
His role is to select the best-feeling footballs, 3 hours before a game. PERIOD

...defense relies on assertions that remind me of a hypothetical situation involving a hypothetical guy who is seen running from a closed bank in the middle of the night while the bank alarm is going off but then absolutely refuses to explain what he knows and chides the investigators for being unable to prove he robbed the bank.

lie
The defense lies on the fact that the money was counted and the bank was not robbed

I don't think Brady is even trying to appear innocent -- I think he is just refusing to knuckle under to authority.

lie
Over and over and over again he has stated, even under oath, that nothing was done to the footballs, with or without his knowledge. How is it even POSSIBLE that you do not know this?

Outside Shooter keeps insisting that p.s.i. measurements must be performed under laboratory conditions

lie
I never said that. How about a link?

Until Brady (1) gives up his phone fragments and all of his other existing phones so they can be analyzed

sheer ignorance
There are companies that service celebrities, politicians, and businessmen by recycling their personal devices while destroying memory and SIM cards. Brady didn't hit his phone with a hammer. He gave it to his assistant to contract such recycling services

(2) obtains all his missing texts and emails from the recipients and others

lie
There are no missing texts and emails. All,emails were supplied and have been published on TMZ. The COMPLETE LOG of texts was provided, showing no missing texts with ballboys, and showing contact with 28 people associated with the NFL. The NFL could not be bothered with contacting 28 people, during their 8 month witch hunt?

until the two fired equipment guys give actual testimony that appears plausible and credible

sheer ignorance

They gave 14 hours of testimony, which the Wells report included not a word, as none of it was helpful to their scam. Goodell had every right to call them to testify in the appael hearing. He chose not to, as none of their testimony would be helpful to his scam

The Patriots don't need to cheat, but they do. They would've destroyed the Colts regardless of this ball crap. They were a better team.

But they still cheated, and deserve to be mocked.

Oh, this is beautiful. They said they moved these threads to the Tailgate Board. However, this is not the Tailgate Board. Bait and switch (for no legitimate reason at all).

Seriously, can anyone possibly think the Brady discussion really represents a threat to the peegs.com click count?

These particular mods may think they are sitting at the cool kids' table, but they are still serving (and eating) the same government surplus bean soup and spinach the rest of the student body has to eat.
