Listened to Chase Daniel on the Dan Patrick Show, and he made some interesting comments about how offenses, when going against great defenses, can “blitz the defense”. This can be done by lots of pre-snap motion and not being predictable. Successful NFL coaches like Shanahan, McDaniel and McVay do lots of this. Cowboys coach McCarthy does not. Obviously OC Bell didn’t “blitz the defense”, I hope we see more of this with OC Carey.
