Who have you been more impressed by, Langford or Phinisee, and who would you build a team around (pretending that Romeo wasn’t probably 1 and done)?

Phin has been better than his ranking would have suggested, and thus more impressive. But Romeo is obviously more talented. Bigger, stronger, better able to finish through contact. If you could choose to have only 1, but for 4 years, everyone would choose Romeo.

I would choose 4 years of Phin over 1 of Romeo, but there's no guarantee that's what we're getting either.

Romeo has played as expected.
If im surprised by anything surrounding the Romeo its posters being underwhelmed by him expecting him to put up 30+ points a game. This is college ball, not the nba.

I dont think the word "impressed" fits as much as surprised* when I think of Phinisee.

Romeo obviously better.

Rob has exceeded my expectations more. Romeo has been about what I expected.
i did not know langford had that smooth step back jumper from 3 pt range. makes it look like a high percentage shot. where was that shot 20 years ago? can you imagine alford shooting that?

I saw it in HS. Romeo has the complete offensive arsenal

The 2018 Shot clock makes that multiple Screens for Alford not as effective. The refs today would call them moving screens. The game has changed.

Alford could not.shoot that shot.

Because he didn't need to in the motion offense. Or to put it another way, maybe step back three's look better than hitting free throws, but they sure aren't the more favored way of scoring.

We'll get four years of Rob.
