I will say that home prices have gotten so insane in Webster/kirkwood clayton/ladue that people are being forced to move to the city. The hill is really taking off. So hampton. Other areas too.

My roommate from college went to Illinois Wesleyan first for his CPA then got law degree from Wash U after a few years in public accounting.

He used to always tell me that about the St Louis bar scene. That when people asked you where you went to school they meant high school. Always seemed so funny to me. Now I understand. Kind of. 😄
