From today's HT. I wonder if his reference to "working with the archives" means working with IU archivists or if they're just going through them on a depatrmental level.

"The IT department has also moved from the south lobby to the ground floor, where the old varsity shop next to the IU basketball locker room has been turned into an office to consolidate three IT areas from the lobby that are being displaced.

That kind of office movement has been a process, but some of the biggest chores have been rifling through closets - some of which will be turned into elevator shafts - throughout the building and figuring what needs to be kept and what can go.

"There are a lot of closets," Neuburger said. "We're trying to find space for the things that really needed to be stored. We're trying to grill everybody on what actually needs to be stored around here and we're working with the archives. They're digitizing an amazing amount of material. Right now it just doesn't get used. Now it will all be able to be used."

That includes things like old box scores, memorabilia and special files that have been collecting dust over the last four decades."
