Well Covid killed 18m people worldwide in a matter of a couple years. And cost 10% of global GDP.

Everyone skirts around the WTO rules. What do you think the US has been doing? The US has broken WTO rules, which it wrote many times – breached them many times. But ignored WTO rulings many times. Google is your friend.
My point is everyone is guilty. There are no saints in any of this. But to assume that the US has not done anything wrong is just delusional. Just look at the unilateral imposition of tariffs? It has more tariffs than anyone else in the world.
Only Hong Kong and Singapore can be truly considered real free markets.

The scale of China’s offenses on everything you list is far greater than any other country. Closer to Hitler’s Germany & Stalin’s Russia than they have been to the US even if all of our offenses are taken into account. They are a blight on humanity.
