Are there any walk-on prospects that can shoot?

Who from IUs roster next year starts on one of the say top 4 BiG 10 teams if they transferred and were immediately eligible.

TJD-Probably
Phinisee-Doubtful but has potential.

I am just wondereing where the heck our scoring is going to come form. Is Green our #1 option?

IU has their top three, 3 point shooters returning in RP, Green and Durham. In addition JHunter, AFranklin (39 percent), and DAnderson (42 percent in AAU) are joining the roster. I think that IU will hold its own in regards to 3 point shooting next year.

Panicked fans and coaches result in Gelon, Priller and Aprils. Let Archie build his team....

The top three yes but we do not know about Hunter yet and Anderson was nowhere near ready to play significant minutes. Penciling them in right as contributors now is a total crap shoot.

Doesn't EVERY college team have players that are unproven EVERY year? I like IU's chances with these six players. ALL have proven that they can shoot from long-range at some recent point in their bball careers.

Someone should've let Anderson know he joined the team last year ;)

You're overrating TJD a little bit, he has talent and tons of potential but he won't be a world beater when he gets here. I'm hopeful we get around 8ppg 7 or so rebounds and a block or so. He's solid but he's not near as polished as some are expecting. The Big 10 is tough, he will probably struggle a bit early on.

I tend not to hype up players in the offseason anymore. The movement taught me you need to wait and see what they can do on the court first . Even if Anderson can shoot better his defense had better come around or he will not sniff the court.

Why would anyone want to walk on?

You want me to play???? Give me one of those two scholarships you couldn't fill...

Hunter if healthy

Wow so he is that good to go from not playing for a year to leading the team in scoring right away? I would think he would need to average about 15- 17 a game to do that. Maybe I should increase my expectatins for next season after all.

Looks like we did not need Brooks after all if this is true.

If healthy, yes. Hunter was actually a better scorer than Brooks in HS

Surprised he was not ranked a top 25 five star. The services clearly missed on him.

Actually, JHunter was a high 4 star, #52 in the nation. Services are high on him. IU got a good one. I am surprised that you were not aware of his ability. You'll do better if you keep up with the available info. Don't be afraid of research...

Yep I did know he was a four star but given what you are saying he is ranked way to low if he will lead us in scoring. Probably should have been top 30.
