Went to watch the Sectional final last night between Jasper and Vincennes Lincoln. Didn't realize it when I was watching the game but the Jasper starting pitcher ( Cal Krueger) is a 2016 IU committ.
Everywhere I've seen him listed as a 3B but that kids got the makeup to be a stud pitcher. Threw a CG shutout with 7 K's.
Vincennes brought in a relief pitcher toward the end of the game. First pitch went over him, and the second pitch drilled him. Just took his base and proceeded to get the next 6 outs without issue.
He's going to be a good one.
