Six teams left, none from two dominant conferences. When's the last time that happened?

Now, who's going to be the last standing...OSU?

My quick count says;17 of 64 team field, 13 of 16 hosts, 7 of 8 top seeds from those 2 conferences and they 2 that made it to Omaha were the first 2 out. It's baseball and in a short series anything can happen.
Cowboys have been pitching lights out and have pitching depth.

So it's Arizona vs Coastal Carolina. Two teams who neither hosted a regional nor a super regional. The two highest seeds in the World Series (#1 Florida and #3 Miami) were the first 2 teams eliminated. Just a crazy season. Did the committee completely screw up or is there much more parity in college baseball?

Go Chants! Wearing my CCU tie today. Always a Hoosier, but rooting for the local the team living in Myrtle Beach.
