A shoutout to the softball program...

I don't follow it much, but after several so-so seasons in a row the team is on a program-high 22-game winning streak and is unbeaten in the B1G right now at 8-0 with series sweeps over Maryland, Purdue, and Ohio State. They are 29-9 overall right now and are ranked 19th in the country.

Here is the link to the B1G standings. Michigan, which has been the standard-bearer in softball for the B1G is having a subpar season for that program:
