Small outbreaks like this happen multiple times every year somewhere. It only makes news since in 2019 one such outbreak became a more widespread outbreak, then a local epidemic, then a regional epidemic, and then a pandemic.
Track, trace, and isolate the small outbreak and none of the others happen. I hope that is true here, as is the usual.
