With 5-6 easy pre-conference wins agains teams we should never be playing we only have a 55% winning percentage.

And now people still support him after 9 years of this crap.

Oh, but you can't take the first 3 years into account haven't you heard. They've been stricken from the record. I'm sure that would bring it up to 58-59%. Worthy of a lifetime contract according to Jones.

Coach Crean's last 6 years at IU= 138-69 .667%- 2 Big Ten Championships

Y'all need to relax a bit.

Last 6 years in the big ten his winning percentage is around 57% and that is with two conference championships. His record in the big ten the last 6 years gets us 8th in the conference and that is unacceptable. HE NEEDS TO GO TODAY. Most of the winning percentage in the non conference is helped by all the 250+ teams we play every year.

Dumb.

Only agenda driven people count the first few years. Get outside the rebuild, completely different story. Two Big Ten titles, 66% winning percentage. Three Sweet 16 appearances. Second most wins over ranked schools in the country in that period.

Every school has 5-6 pre conference easy wins. EVERY SCHOOL.

58.3%. Going into this season, the last 5 years it was 61%, which during that time period was 4th best in the conference behind only two future Hall of Famers and one not far away.

You can argue this until you're blue in the face. Bottom line is that Indiana basketball, by many accounts a blue blood program, just refused to host a nationally televised postseason tournament game in order to avoid the embarrassment of poor fan support. Glass sent his own men's basketball team, with a poor road record, on the road to a Georgia Tech team that has played well at home and poorly away from there. Think about that! You think that will change come November? Imagine how ugly it would/will be if/when they lose a home game to one of the cupcakes we will no doubt have on the schedule. I can't imaging the Indiana athletic department being willing to risk an entire season of bad publicity. You can't play every game on the road.

Fourth in the Big Ten with his best teams isn't good enough. IU can and should aspire to more.

And if you don't include pre- or post- 1975-76 Knight never lost a game.
