Curious to see what Tuesday brings!
What a day that will beGet healthy and have a chance to win in the 4th quarter at Ohio State!!!!
Should be #4.Just to make it official:
NCAA College Football Rankings: AP Top 25 Football Poll
The official page for the AP Top 25 college football poll, a tradition since 1936. Keep up to date and view the latest ranking updates each week.apnews.com
(and because I like looking at that)
Looks like they finally took the actual total W 's and L's into account...
Assuming OSU doesn’t get upset this weekend. So, does Sportscenter camp out in Columbus that weekend?
Get healthy, who is questionable for the OSU game ?Get healthy and have a chance to win in the 4th quarter at Ohio State!!!!
Curious, why are you hoping for a night game? Thanks.Assuming OSU doesn’t get upset this weekend.
A top-5 matchup that is basically a play-in to the B1G championship game? Plus, in Columbus where they haven’t been this year. A shoo-in for Gameday, and hopefully a night game
We're also are just a single pt from #4 in the AP poll. Penn State had 1274pts and IU had 1273.I thought we had a shot #6, but not #5. That is awesome. So happy for those guys.
That is significant. If PSU stumbles….We're also are just a single pt from #4 in the AP poll. Penn State had 1274pts and IU had 1273.

My exact thought in the chat. Said we had a chance for 6, never thought we would get 5. They are finally taking this team seriously. Worried we drop to like 13 if we lose to Ohio State and it puts us outside playoff with a victory over Purdue being meaningless. Love what is happening regardless. CCC is a bad man.I thought we had a shot #6, but not #5. That is awesome. So happy for those guys.
I think a lot of us are wondering about Miles Price…has anything come out? Hoping he’s not in concussion protocol .Get healthy, who is questionable for the OSU game ?

I was at the game so not aware if he ever returned but I didn’t see him out there after that hit.
So close...did not see that. We're also are just a single pt from #4 in the AP poll. Penn State had 1274pts and IU had 1273.
And if you look at the vote points we are 1 point behind Penn State at #4.I thought we had a shot #6, but not #5. That is awesome. So happy for those guys.
Prime time. Most eyes. Better visual.Curious, why are you hoping for a night game? Thanks.
You better be right or I am gonna be so mad.#5 Indiana vs. OSU---ratings made for TV. We got our close game outa the way. Indiana cracks the buckeyes
Of course I would love a win in Columbus but I’m also realistic. Our team plays/executes very well, but so does OSU and they have 5* & 4* guys everywhere. If we do lose, I hope it’s <10 because if we get blown out/embarrassed, you’ll never hear the end of the “IU was overrated all along” horseshit. It will be non-stop. Even if we finish 11-1, an embarrassing loss will be the only excuse the committee needs to leave us out of the playoff. You better be right or I am gonna be so mad.
There are two things we need to be concerned about on Nov 23 - - who wins, and the final score. My exact thought in the chat. Said we had a chance for 6, never thought we would get 5. That may be true, but our offense did a bit of a disappearing act yesterday and needs to show up in Columbus or it will be a long afternoon.IU has proven this team is capable of beating the more athletic teams as their isn't much difference between IU and OSU.
It’s a perfect time for our bye week. The second half offensive performance was a wake up call. The oline was physically manhandled which gives me concern that OSU will do the same, and they actually have a competent offense unlike Michigan.
Having to replace an OG on Thursday with a guy that that is listed as a TE on IUs roster and then going up against UM’s DTs is an almost an impossible task. We survived and now have 2 weeks to prep the OL and tweak the offensive gameplanThe second half offensive performance was a wake up call. Losing Drew Evans was a big blow. He was our best pass blocker and it showed. I’m sure a lot of those Michigan linemen pressuring Rourke came in through his guard spot on the line. He’s out for the season, so backup needs to step up.The second half offensive performance was a wake up call. 4 of the top 5 teams are in the Big Ten.I thought we had a shot #6, but not #5. That is awesome. So happy for those guys.
Yeah, those southern boys gotta be pi$$ed off by that!4 of the top 5 teams are in the Big Ten.
Screw the SEC.
"with our only L coming in a close game at the 'shoe". This is a very significant factor, which I think the selection committee will be considering as to IU being in or out. A blowout loss will bounce IU out of the top 12, imo. There is already label bias. IU has to make this game competitive to remove the argument that IU would be competitive in a playoff game against another top 12 team. There are two things we need to be concerned about on Nov 23 - - who wins, and the final score.
If we win, the sky is the limit for this team this season.
An IU loss, in a close game, will not ruin our season, assuming we beat Purdue. We will not plummet in the CFP rankings if we’re competitive in Columbus. We will still, absolutely, be in the Top 12 at 11-1 with our only L coming in a close game at the ‘shoe.
A month ago I said I couldn’t picture IU in the CFP without playing in the Big Ten championship, but now I believe that we’ll be in at 11-1 if we play the Buckeyes tough and beat PU. And it’s not beyond the realm of possibility that we’re in even if OSU beats us soundly. The SEC is down this year, there are a lot of games still to be played, more upsets coming, and many moving pieces. We are in the hunt!!
