2. What was/were the reason(s) for not allowing a removal sooner?

3. About what date on the calendar did this take place?

4. What other tidbits of this "conversation" took place?

Just because you heard someone say FG wanted to remove TC as coach sooner doesn't make it valid and a serious proposition that he wanted ever follow through with it. There's plenty of articles out there to undermine your theory.

What you don't seem to grasp, is that you have no proof whatsoever Glass had wanted to get rid of Crean earlier, yet you claim it as fact. There are numerous articles that state 100% against what you think you heard. Glass was in Crean's corner until the final days. That is on public record. Refute that if you can.
