The return to fundamentals will focus on takeaways, toughness on offense.
I think the first two deep depth chart will be particularly interesting for OL, LB, and DL.

Pitching comparisons from 2021 to 2022 on returning players...

Here are comparisons from last season to this season on returning pitchers to our bullpen, and I only listed the pitchers that have seen the most action so far. This just compares a few of the key stats. The 2021 stats are for the entire season of 44 games, with the 2022 stats current through today's games with 30 games played so far. Bart Torvik's 2023 projections have IU #14 without X or Kopp on the roster

He told me that X and Kopp are not rostered at this point because it happens automatically once a player uses up eligibility. At some point the Super Seniors will be added back in, but I thought it was pretty cool that his system has IU in the Top 15 even without X.

Hot Board 5.0: Indiana Men's Basketball Coaching Search (Wednesday)

Chatter for Calbert Cheaney began to pick up yesterday. Now, this seems to be from former players that would want another former player leading Indiana. At this point, I still think John Beilein or Mike Woodson have more ground to stand on, but there was definitely a bit more coming from the Cheaney angle. Because of that, he moved up into the main group of the list.

I moved Chris Beard down a bit because I still haven't been able to confirm either way whether or not IU has reached out. Eric Musselman remains in that top list, but I consider him the 'longest' shot out of any in the main group.

Preview of the Miami (OH) and Cincy midweek games..

Both Miami (OH) and Cincy will enter the game with losing records with Miami at 14-21 and Cincy at 16-18. We beat Miami (OH) and Cincy by scores of 15-2 and 7-0, respectively, back in March at Bart Kaufman.

Old time television memories.

I was born in 1972 and grew up in the Detroit suburbs. Here are some things I remember.

One of the UHF stations would show an afternoon movie and there was an actual host for the show. Bill Kennedy.

Channel 9 CBC out of Windsor would go off the air at night. Go to test pattern.

Locally-produced daily talk shows (“Kelly and Company”).

WDIV, channel 4, the NBC affiliate, came up with its own one-episode sitcom, “Hamtramck,” about Polish-Americans in said city.

“Johnny Sokko,” “Ultraman,” “Deputy Dawg.”

Going to the sitter’s house after school, in the basement rumpus room, alone, ending up absolutely shattered after watching the “Twilight Zone” in which the earth is being fried by the sun - and the terrible, terrible twist at the end of the story. Also, the lady was in a slip for most of the time and her painting started to melt!

I loved “I Love Lucy.”

George Kell and Al Kaline were the announcing team for the local Detroit Tigers broadcasts.

EDIT. Count Scary.
