He's spot on. Trump is unelectable as either a convicted felon or a felon-to-be. Christie is also correct that this is anything but normal. It's crazy town. There's no precedent in this country for Trump's misconduct, there's no equivalence, there's no rational defense for any of it. Trump's prospective "First Amendment" defense raises the possibility that any future politician could create an alternative reality that bears no relation to the facts of an election outcome, and then take actions designed to retain power. That's lunacy.

What is Trump's 2024 platform going to be? Strategies for staying out of jail? How does his focus over the next 15 months benefit anyone but himself?

Speaking as an Independent, here's my suggestion. Move on from this train wreck, pubs.
