Bring a kid in Mid - Season. How does it effect the dynamic of the team. So I am a Fresh, Soph, Jr., Sr., or even a (very important) walk on........ It's Mid December and I have been working my a$$ off for 6 months, 1,2,3,4 years. We have smiled together, cried together, yelled at each other, and laughed together. Then a proclaimed "stud" walks in. How does it work. Sorry, might be the greatest guy in the world..... but bring one person into an existing environment and????? ........ I don't know... Just don't get it......
