Positives:
-For me, they sounded really high on our defensive line, which would be a huge change from normalcy at IU; even when our defenses have been good, the defensive line has rarely a significant reason why or a meaningful positive. Having a good, impactful front four would be huge positive shift for the team.

-They also seemed to have a high opinion of our run game's potential this season. Not a huge surprise given the talent at RB, but would also suggest the offensive line looked at least OK at opening things up in the run game.

-In a more general sense, the transfers in mostly seemed to get spoken positively of, which is obviously what you want.

Negatives:
-The QBs certainly didn't get anything approaching glowing endorsements. And the fact that they felt the need to say, "if you don't have a good passing game, that's OK" at the end of the show even while talking about for IU's path to success is a pretty big red flag.

-The secondary didn't really get much of a mention, and as a position that most would see as a place of concern, that's not great. Although, to be fair, that could just mean they didn't stand out positively or negatively, which probably is good enough if the front performs like they are capable and the LBs do their part.

-Field goal kicking could be a massive issue. They brought up how poor it was a couple times, even saying they were all makeable field goals, and the kicking game still didn't look good. We can't afford to be leaving points on the table. We saw that cost MSU last year firsthand.
