Allen is a severely -EV head coach. It is what it is. Afraid we've seen the high point with him.

Seemed like his highest capacity was that of a solid d coordinator. His in game decision making leaves a lot to be desired as does his loyalty to certain coaches and players. He needs an awful lot of talent to compensate for his weaknesses as head coach.
We lost 4 db’s in this game. Not sure anybody has that kind of depth.
Conditioning seems poor. Play calling is terrible. No accountability. Once the Indiana jersey goes on, the players play like Indiana.

He’s sure a lot worse w/o Whop getting defenders off him. He has no shot at the NFL.
Defense has played the whole game and still making stops. Conditioning isn’t a problem.
Bottom line....... Indiana is and always has been an absolutely horrible football program. Top to bottom. Until Indiana puts up the money..... it always will be.

If you're gonna have hs coaches, you have to finish top 5 in conference in recruiting to make up for it
Of all the ridiculous whining in this thread, the play calling is a legit gripe.
